HI Glenn

We meet a few years ago on the Costa Del Sol where I took yourself and wife around looking at property.

I have since been forced BACK to the UK through my business partner ripping me off of EVERYTHING, now back I want to rebuild and restart my businesses and life.

I also want to get on the property ladder and build up a strong portfolio….i think im a bit of a challenge, even for someone like you, as although I have NO debt my credit score is low……

So any ideas where and how I can start, oh also I have to use the Library for internet access, as its FREE, and myself and WHOLE family sleep on the flor of a famly members house!!

When estate agents come to value your property there’s more going on than you may first realise. ll an estate agent does is provide an “informal opinion” on what a property might sell for. “Informal opinion” means that there’s no requirement in law for their opinion to be accurate. If you blindly put your faith in an agent’s “informal opinion” the chances are you’ll be taken advantage of.
