    Hello Glen,

    I would like to start in property investments and like the UK market a lot. I am living in Germany and would love to take part in your mentorship program.

    Please let me know if you think it would be possible for me to invest in UK properties while I work in Germany.

      If you are still a UK resident and have the ability to get a mortgage or bank funding then yes it is possible to buy in the UK. The next challenge will be the finding of properties at a discount that will allow you to buy property and not run out of deposit money.

    HI Glenn

    We meet a few years ago on the Costa Del Sol where I took yourself and wife around looking at property.

    I have since been forced BACK to the UK through my business partner ripping me off of EVERYTHING, now back I want to rebuild and restart my businesses and life.

    I also want to get on the property ladder and build up a strong portfolio….i think im a bit of a challenge, even for someone like you, as although I have NO debt my credit score is low……

    So any ideas where and how I can start, oh also I have to use the Library for internet access, as its FREE, and myself and WHOLE family sleep on the flor of a famly members house!!
