Exchanged on a purchase price of £80,000.00
End Buyer found at £101,000.00 – Completion took place 3.5 months later
Final Profit after Solicitors, fees monthly mortgage payments, interest etc = £17,548.27
50% split to the Partner £8,794.14 with absolutely no financial outlay or risk.
