I recently held a property investment webinar that was attended by almost 100 people; I asked them a question at the end of the webinar. The question was “what was todays golden nugget for you”?

Thew most common reply was about getting mortgages when you give up your day job. The tip was to set up a management agency and pay yourself a wage through that. This gives you earned income from your portfolio as opposed to unearned income.
