Sourcing Deals from Estate Agents

Over the last couple of weeks, I have received dozens of emails asking this question: “How can I be the number one on the Estate Agents call list when they get a BMV or option deal”.

Sourcing deals from Estate Agents really is not as hard as what you might think as long as you build up that all important rapport with them.  Like anything, be prepared for hard work as it is something that you need to commit to, but the rewards you will reap will be worth it a thousand-fold.
